Very hot and sunny evening for our trip to the Winston Speedway. Lots of fans and cars on this night to see some good side by side racing on the dirt. Stock Car driver # 37 Alex Sherwood was chosen by random draw to receive our MARFC/Uniform Helmet Bag that evening. Many thanks to Bill Walters for helping man our MARFC table. A big Thank You to Ed Higgins and Dan Dykman for continuing to have MARFC events at the speedway. After a long absence we were glad to return to the Kinross SpeedPark for 2019. Many thanks to Gerry Liscumb for getting the track back involved with our club. Our MARFC Uniform/Helmet Bag was presented to Rebecca Fewchuk driver of the #99 Four Cylinder for her support of her division class and who was fast qualifier for the evening. Thanks to John Jackson for manning our table for the night. (Photo provided by Kinross track photographer Bob.)

To All MARFC Members:

We wish to send out a Very Happy 4th of July to all our members and their families. May you enjoy your time together and my it all be done with safe travels for all. We must also remember that our forefathers fought hard and gave so much for us to have the freedoms we cherish so dearly now. Please I ask that you take a moment to remember all those who gave their all for our freedoms and those who are now continuing to keep those freedoms now and into the future. Once again enjoy the holiday and “May the Lord Bless & Keep Us All Now & Forever”

Happy Fathers Day from MARFC!

I want to send a shout out to all the Dad’s out there! May you all have the greatest Father’s Day possible. We should all take the time to spend time with our father’s as much as possible cause learning what he can teach you is priceless. I will always remember that my Dad was the one who gave me the racing bug at a very young age and wish he could be here now to see what I have done and where I am now in the racing community. So, I ask that you take the time to remember Dad on this day if you can’t be with him in person be sure to call and tell him so and for those like me with Dad’s no longer here remember the good times and pass them along to your sons. “God Bless” and have a great day!
