Breaking News from USAC……..All current 2010 MARFC Members are eligible for a discounted admission rate of $10.00 for the Open wheel show this Saturday night, June 12, 2010 at the Berlin Raceway. Our friends at USAC contacted me to let me know that they wanted to honor our club by giving us discounted admission to the races this weekend. On the racing card this weekend are the USAC National Sprint cars as well as the USAC Wolverine Midgets and the Kerkstra Services Pro Stock Division. Show your current 2010 membership card at the ticket office and receive the discounted admission rate of $10.00 for this open wheel spectacular. The Berlin raceway is located a few miles west of Grand Rapids right off of the I-96 freeway in Marne. Take the Marne exit and follow the signs to the Berlin Raceway. If you are headed West to go to the races you may want to take advantage of this offer.
On the other hand, if you are planning on heading east and taking in some school bus racing, we still have 10 dollar tickets to the school bus figure 8 at the Flat Rock Speedway this coming Saturday night. If you want to see spills and thrills then contact me via this link to order your tickets now as time is running out. Also on the bill are the Toledo Factory Stocks, Figure 8, and the 4 cylinder divisions.
Mark your calendars for July 9, 2010 and the re-scheduled rain -out of MARFC day at the Spartan Speedway. The Auto Value/Bumper to Bumper Michigan Legends Series Presented by Z-max will be the guests along with the regular Spartan divisions of Modifieds, Pure Stocks, and Pony Stocks.
Lots of racing coming up this week especially with the NASCAR Boys heading to MIS so get out to the races and enjoy our great sport.
