Very warm night but still good racing at the Toledo Speedway even the Mayor of Toledo was on hand to wave the green flag for the Enduro feature. Second generation driver of Enduro # 7 Nathan Sprotberry was presented our MARFC/Uniform Helmet Bag for his and his families continued support for their division over the years. Our MARFC members raffle was won by Linda Hurd. Table volunteers were Bill Walter, Rand Thompson, John Jackson, and myself. Many thanks to Gary and Rich for all the PR that night and to Scott Schultz & Ron Drager for the invite again this year. Many thanks to Ed Higgins and Dan Dykman for once again giving us a fan club day event this season. Our MARFC Uniform Helmet Bag was presented to the winner of a random draw of all the drivers in attendance that evening and with a great surprise Dan Dykman former track champion was the winner. Sorry, that our MARFC table was no available that evening but a last-minute work schedule change made it tuff to make the trip and be there on time.
Extremely hot night but racing was outstanding on the dirt at Tri-City Motor Speedway. With a full pit area and stands fans enjoyed themselves even with the heat. Pro Stock drivers husband & wife team who driver up from Ohio each & every week Teri Lynn & John Murphy were chosen to receive our MARFC/Uniform Helmet Bags because of their support of racing with the long hall each week. The MARFC raffle winner was Brad Grzybowski! Thank You to Steve & Ericka and the team at the speedway for making it possible for us again and look forward to next season. John Jackson, Bill Walters & Barry Meschke was at our MARFC table on that Very Hot evening.!(Photo Top: John Jackson, John & Teri Lynn Murphy, Bill Walters & Barry Meschke) ( Photo Bottom: ( John Jackson Brad Grzbowski, Bill Walters, & Barry Meschke)
