We here are very saddened to hear of the passing of one of Michigan’s racing legends Jack Goodwin. Jack has been a longtime MARFC member & supporter. He came to many of our general meetings as a guest speaker and to our annual banquets and was presented the MARFC/Eddie Sachs Memorial Lifetime Achievement Award back in 2006. Jack was a childhood hero of mine and being able to find and connect back up with him again in 1998 and spending time with him when he came to town was priceless. Our thoughts and prayers are with his wife Eunice and Jacks family at this time. Knowing that he is at God’s side now is a comfort for all. Jack has taken his final checkered flag with us here but now is in heaven racing for eternity for the Lord. “God’s Speed My Friend”.
